Data processing agreement
You are the data controller and Lina is the processor. Signed before launch, with a full list of any sub-processors we use.
Your own database, held in the UK
Your patients sit in a database used only for you, hosted in the UK. It is not shared with any other Lina partner.
Encrypted throughout
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to named accounts and every login recorded.
Patients consent for themselves
Each patient sets up their own account and agrees to the privacy terms. Nobody is enrolled without knowing.
You own the data
Full export on request at any time, and deletion on request. If the contract ends you take everything with you.
Nothing is sold or shared
Patient data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared with anyone outside the agreement.
Clear clinical boundaries
Lina does not prescribe, diagnose or advise on dose changes. Anything needing clinical judgement points the patient to your team.
You keep control of the accounts
You stay Admin on your Apple and Google accounts, so you can revoke our access yourself at any moment without asking us.
Anything your compliance adviser wants to see before signing, ask and we will send it. If something needs adding to the agreement, we would rather write it in now than argue about it later.
